This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or subscribe to Tech Growth Lore, and what we do with it. Tech Growth Lore is a newsletter published by ThriveLetter LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• Your email address, when you subscribe. That’s the only thing the signup form asks for.
• Email engagement, such as whether a newsletter was opened or a link was clicked. Our newsletter provider records this automatically.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site running and secure.

This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter and occasional updates about Tech Growth Lore.
• To understand which topics are useful, so we can write better issues.
• To keep the site and our list secure and free of spam signups.

We don’t sell or rent your email address to anyone.

Who helps us run this

We use a few service providers who process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Netlify hosts this site and receives signup form submissions.
• Make or Zapier passes your email from the signup form to our newsletter list.
• beehiiv stores our subscriber list and sends the newsletter.

These providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal record so we don’t email you again by mistake. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
• Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information by emailing us at hello@thriveletter.studio.

Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, UK or California, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We’ll honor those requests. Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on your consent to send you the newsletter, and on our legitimate interest to keep the site secure.

Children

Tech Growth Lore is written for working professionals and isn’t directed at anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll tell subscribers by email.
